Compensation/Fringe Benefits

  • Medical Insurance - The firm pays a significant portion of the employee cost to the available medical insurance. We have five plans to choose from including both PPO and HSA plans. Spouses and family can be added for additional cost.
  • Dental/Vision Insurance - 99% of the employee cost of insurance is paid by the firm. Spouses and family can be added for additional cost.
  • Cafeteria Plan - Our optional Section 125 plan has several plans to choose from and we pay part of the cost of this insurance for you.
  • Life Insurance - At no cost to the employee, we provide life insurance policies for all of our full-time employees, after six months of employment.
  • 401(k) Plan - After one year of employment, employees can contribute a portion of their salary to their retirement.

Reward/Bonus Programs

  • Employee Referral Program - Our staff and firm culture are important to us. Our referral program is aimed at bringing in new employees that will easily fit into our organization and its culture of retaining these individuals.
  • Incentive Compensation Program - New client generation is fundamental for both growth of the firm and professional growth. We reward for both bringing in new clients as well as adding services to existing clients.
  • Discretionary Bonuses - We know that our success depends on the success of our employees.
  • Personal Time Off (PTO) - Each year every employee has 4 weeks of PTO available to them. This time can be taken for outside appointments, sick leave, vacation, or an afternoon off to play a round of golf.
